We look. We take photos. We tell you what we see in plain language. The visit is [free].
The inspection is the job before the job. Age of the shingles, soft deck, bad flashing, hail marks, gutters dumping at the foundation. You do not have to buy a roof to hear it.
If you want a price after that, we write it for the work we described. If you only wanted to know whether the roof will make it through winter, that is a fair use of the visit.
- No charge for the look
- Photos from your roof
- A quote only if you ask for the work
